What is the status of my order?
If you would like to track the status of your order, please email us at exhaust.oao@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram with your order details and we will be able to provide you with an update. Our standard order process is as follows: Once an order has been placed, please allow 2 business days for the order to be processed. Following this, please allow 14-18 business days for your order to be produced. When the order has completed production, we will update the order with a tracking number when it has been picked up by the courier. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
Can I change my order?
Once an order has been placed, we have a no return, no exchange and no modification policy. Though, if you would like to have a change made, we may be able to accommodate the request. The best method in reaching us for an order modification request would be to email us at exhaust.oao@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram with your order details. If the change is possible, we will confirm the change.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, then we may be able deliver to a different address as per your request. To know further, you can contact us through 'contact us' form, or email us at exhaust.oao@gmail.com or you can DM us on Instagram.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit, credit card, net banking or UPI.
Additionally, we support Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paytm, and other wallets.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card at this website?
We use third-party payment processing services to process all credit/debit card payment transactions. These payment intermediaries are PCI-compliant, which is the most stringent level of certification standard that ensures all cardholders’ data is stored, processed, and transmitted securely by using the industry-standard encryption technology.
Do you accept returns?
No we do not accept returns, once an order has been placed, we have a no return, exchange and refund policy.

Do you offer warranty with your products?
Yes we do provide a 1-year manufacturer guaranteed warranty on all of our products. This means, that if you have an issue with any of your products which is not customer induced, we will start a warranty replacement process where we will ask you to send, in detail, a description of the issue including pictures and videos of the issue. Our engineers will review the submitted warranty claim and deem the necessary replacement parts needed. We will have those parts shipped out to you as soon as possible.
My order is past the warranty period. What can be done?
Please email us at exhaust.oao@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram with your order number and details and we will get back to you with the cost of the replacement parts needed.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! We also offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Please note, the receiver of the order will have to pay for duties and import taxes online or at the time of delivery. You will be notified via email, and phone call about an incoming package which required duties and taxes payment.
