Here introducing to you our high quality downpipe products. In order to ensure the fitment of the product, the downpipe development uses professional instruments such as 3D scanners to model the actual vehicle, and professional software such as CAD/Solidworks for product development.
Special pipe bending machines are used during production, which can greatly reduce the number of unwelded joint, to achieve the goal of having as few seams as possible. At the same time, 3D cutting technology is introduced. Even if there are inevitable connections, it can be accurately cut through computer calculations, thereby making the pipelines smoother and consistent, and improving the durability of the head products!
Before each set of products is shipped, the surface and inner wall of the product will be professionally polished manually to minimize unevenness in the pipe wall, thereby improving air follow permeability and increasing exhaust efficiency.
